I&#039;m intrigued by your read of resumes--finding that you can tell difference between male and females from style. How does age and experience factor into those reads? Also curious about how the perspective of the reader (in this case you, but for others as well) genders those resumes? 

I have not read nearly as many as you, I&#039;m guessing, but I&#039;ve read enough to see that a person&#039;s experience in the job market tends to affect how they write a resume more than anything else. For instance, when I read one that makes sweeping statements about experience, I think someone is hiding their lack of experience. I want see concrete examples--using strong verbs and descriptions. 

Everyone has different preferences, which is why this isn&#039;t a science, but thought I&#039;d add my curious observations.</description>
