How does Flickr become a tool for learning about how (potential) donors are collecting? Can it be used as a tool for connecting with audiences beyond User Generated Content (UGC)? For example how could we leverage web 2.0 thinking to allow our collections to nestle up next to and mingle with user generated collections? I think there’s more for us to mine here than we’ve thought about to date.
